Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Development Strategy for Applied
Psychology Institutions (LPT) at Private Universities in Sumbawa Regency, to
analyze the Development Strategies for Applied Psychology Institutions (LPT) with
Spiral Model Analysis and to evaluate the policy system for developing institutions.
The research method used is Mixed Method which combines the use of qualitative
and quantitative research approaches in scientific research. Combination research is
a form of research that is carried out systematically by combining or combining
techniques, methods, perspectives, concepts, and language of quantitative and
qualitative research approaches in research with data collection methods by way of
observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Research results Overall, the level of
development of the Institute of Applied Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, Sumbawa
University of Technology, shows that conditions are not fully optimal. Where from the
measurement results there were 5.95% who strongly agreed, 16.01% agreed,
47.56% disagreed and 30.49% stated strongly disagreed, using the CIPP evaluation
strategy in determining the basis for policies and governance relating to assets,
human resources, Branding Strategy and Marketing Strategy So that the optimization
of LPT development can be carried out properly and by using the Spiral Model
evaluation, policy and governance strategies can be determined to be taken in
developing LPT.
