E-Procurement is appointed as one of the best approaches in limiting irregularities
and fraudulent practices in the procurement of goods or services that can harm the
state. This study aims to analysis implementation of e-procurement services for the
procurement of goods or services in the West Sumbawa Regency Government can
run well or not, namely by looking through the stages of implementing e-procurement
based on the principles of procurement of goods or services. The data used in this
study are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires and interviews
with the committee and providers of goods or services in the West Sumbawa
Regency Government. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from the report
document on the results of the procurement of goods/services at ULP and LPSE
West Sumbawa as well as related literature. The data analysis method used is
descriptive analysis. The results show that at the stage of implementing goods or
services by e-procurement in the West Sumbawa Government which includes
auction announcements, auction registration, job descriptions, entry and opening of
bids, evaluation of bids and qualifications, as well as stages of determination and
announcement of winners, they have met the principles procurement of goods or
services which includes transparency, accountability, openness, competition and
fairness or non-discrimination.
