Plagiarism is currently a prominent topic in the college community. Reduced plagiarism is a requirement
for all educational institutions, particularly universities. This is when the library is of assistance. Libraries
are designed to prevent student plagiarism. The goal of this study was to examine the library's strategy
for combating plagiarism among Sumbawa University of Technology's final-year students. The
descriptive quantitative approach was used in this study, with a sample size of
100. The IFE Matrix (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE Matrix (External Factor Evaluation), IE Matrix
(Internal-External), SWOT (Strengths-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats), and QSPM (Quantitative
Strategic Planning Matrix) data analysis tools were utilized to process and analyze data. The IFAS
(Internal Factor Analysis Strategy) score from this analysis was 3.4, indicating that the prevention
indicator against plagiarism in final year students is in a good position. While the EFAS (External Factor
Analysis Strategy) value is 3.36, this indicates that external factors are on a high scale. These results
suggest that the Sumbawa University of Technology Library has a good chance of preventing plagiarism
among final-year students. According to the results of the Sumbawa University of Technology library's
QSPM analysis of final-year student plagiarism prevention strategies, two alternative strategies with the
highest TAS scores were found: adding a professional workforce and improving the standard of
management and facilities in checking plagiarism (WO2) and strictly enforcing government policies
regarding higher education standards, particularly regarding plagiarism (SO2).
