Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of synergy systems and actor networks on sustainable forest management; and to find out the obstacles in building a synergy system and actor network to realize sustainable forest management. The research method uses a quantitative approach. Data collection used observation methods, interviews and distributing questionnaires. To determine the validity and consistency of the data, researchers used validity tests and reliability tests. Evaluation of research instruments uses a rating scale. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is a non-parametric test using the Kendall's Tau-b correlation test in SPSS. The population is 107 people from social forestry farmer groups, namely KWTH Banda Sejahtera, KTH Tiu Dalap, KTH Ai Turang, KTH Meruga, and KTH Mangrove Teluk Raya. The sample determination procedure used the Cluster Random Sampling technique with the Slovin formula and Fraction Cluster formula and totaled 85 people. Based on correlation analysis, the significant value (2-tailed) is 0.00 for the synergy variable (X1) towards sustainable forest management (Y) and is 0.651 and the significant value (2-tailed) is 0.00 for the actor network variable (X2). towards sustainable forest management (Y) at a probability level of 0.05 (5%). So it can be concluded that the significant value of X1 and For the level of closeness, the values obtained are r = 0.590 (synergy) and 0.651 (actor network), meaning that the level of correlation coefficient interpellation of the influence of synergy and actor networks on sustainable forest management is strong, referring to the coefficient interval of 0.51 - 0.75. Judging from the direction of the relationship, it is positive, meaning that the synergy and network of actors is good, the impact of sustainable forest management will be even better. Based on the results above, the decision making alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of synergy and actor networks on sustainable forest management. Based on the determining coefficient values, the magnitude of the influence of synergy and actor networks on sustainable forest management is 34.81% and 42.38%, while 22.81% is an inhibiting factor. The inhibiting factors are 1) the culture of deliberation is fading; 2) Village Funds have not been allocated to realize 20% for food security in the forestry sector; 3) members of social forestry groups do not understand the benefits of environmental awareness groups; 4) farmer groups think they are not the spearhead of forest sustainability; 5) Their tendency of controling land as a secondary crop planting (casava) rather than using it as an agroforestry pattern.
