ANALISIS PENINGKATAN KINERJA KAUR KEUANGAN DESA MELALUI APLIKASI SISKEUDES DALAM MELAKSANAKAN KEUANGAN DESA DI KECAMATAN LAMBU

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of the researcher's observations that the size of the village fund budget is managed by the village government where the chief of finance (village treasurer) has an important role in managing village finances and the presence of the application of the village financial system (siskeudes) to facilitate village financial management. The purpose of this study was to find out about the implementation of the
use of the Siskeudes Application in the implementation of Village finance in Lambu District, Bima Regency, and to analyze the influence of siskeudes on the performance of the Village Finance Officer in Lambu sub-district, Bima Regency. This study uses a mixed methods approach (Mixed), which is a combination of quantitative approaches and qualitative approaches, data collection by distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques by
observation, interviews. The sample was carried out by taking the entire population because the population size was relatively small, namely 14 people who were all Heads of Village finance in Lambu sub-district, Bima Regency. The results showed that the implementation of the use of the Siskeudes Application in Lambu District
was very maximal so that it could improve the performance of Village Financial Officers in Lambu sub-district, Bima Regency.
