Mapping the potential and providing data on investment opportunities is one of the strategies undertaken by the government to encourage investment in an area. This study aims to analyze the needs of the Mobile Service Investment Information System (SIILAMO) and determine the influence of factors affecting SIILAMO acceptance including perceived convenience, perceived usefulness and information adequacy. In addition, this study also aims to design SIILAMO as an investment information system based on the potential and conditions of the regions in Sumbawa Regency. The research method used in this study is quantitative with an associative approach and descriptive. The population in this study are domestic investment investors (PMDN) and foreign investment investors (PMA). Because the population size is unknown, the Cochran formula is used in determining the sample with the calculation result being 100 respondents. The results of this study are information needs at SIILAMO, information about population, agricultural potential, livestock, industry, trade, human resources, infrastructure and disasters is needed, with a level of need above 90%. Security information and socio-cultural needs are below 80%. Based on this research, it was also found that perceived convenience, perceived usefulness and adequacy of information affected acceptance of SIILAMO. In this study also obtained SIILAMO designs including data flow diagram designs, entity relationship diagram designs, web structure designs and interface designs.
