STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA MELALUI BUMDES DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGEMBANGAN KOMODITAS KOPI DI DESA BATU DULANG

Abstract

This study discusses the BUMDes management strategy through the Village Fund
in developing the potential of the coffee commodity in Batu Dulang Village, Batu Lanteh
District, Sumbawa Regency. The purpose of this study: 1) to find out how the BUMDes
management strategy is in Batu Dulang Village, Batu Lanteh District, Sumbawa Regency,
2) to find out how the BUMDes management of coffee potential in Batu Dulang Village.
This type of research used descriptive qualitative research. The research was
conducted in Batu Dulang Village, Batu Lanteh District, Sumbawa Regency. Collecting data
using interviews, documentation and observation then the data is reduced and concluded.
The results of the study show that the BUMDes of Batu Dulang Village have a
management strategy, namely by having prepared the planning stages well, one of which
is by investing in capital and production infrastructure in the business unit, but the stages
of organizing, implementing and supervising have not gone well. The BUMDes of Batu
Dulang Village have also attempted to develop the potential of coffee but have constraints
on capital, human resources in operating coffee processing machines and also marketing
so that the effort to develop coffee potential is not optimal.Conclusion (1) The BUMDes management strategy for Batu Dulang Village is to
apply management principles consisting of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and
Controlling. (2) The management of coffee potential by BUMDes is carried out by fulfilling
several aspects, namely, a. Human resources, b. Infrastructure, c. Working method or
system, d. Results and achievement of goals.
