Abstract

This study aims to utilize fly ash, bottom ash, and Stone Ash waste in bricks by using
a compressive strength test in the laboratory. This type of research is experimental
research by mixing bricks using fly ash, bottom ash, and stone ash waste. The stages
carried out consist of the planning stage, the preparation stage, the manufacturing
stage, and the laboratory test stage. The data analysis technique used was
descriptive in eachvariation of the bricks. The results of the compression test in the
first type were obtained from the first sample, namely 81 kg. In the second sample,
the compressive strength was 94 kg, and in the third sample, the results were 81 kg
so it was declared to have passed the test and was included in categories one and
two. The results of the compression test in the second type were obtained in the first
sample, which was 151 kg. In the second sample, the compressive strength is 157
kg, and in the third sample with the result, 157 kg is declared to have passed the test
and is in category one. The results of the compression test in the third type were
obtained in the first sample, namely 25 kg. In the second sample, the compressive
strength was 69 kg, and in the third sample with a result of 37 kg, it was categorized
as three and four. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that fly ash,
bottom ash, and Stone Ash waste canbe used to make bricks. Fly ash, bottom ash,
Stone Ash, and Stone Ash waste affect the making of bricks in terms of the use of
raw materials and are friendly to the environment because they are not categorized
as B3 waste.
