ANALISIS PEMBIAYAAN PENDIDIKAN PADA JENJANG SEKOLAH DASAR DI KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BARAT

Abstract

Financing of education is expected to be an activity of receiving, managing and using
to support the implementation of education to achieve the stated goals. Sources of
education funds obtained from the APBN, APBD, and parents of students, as a form
of shared responsibility to create decent and quality education for the nation's golden
generation. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the education cost
management system at the Elementary School (SD) level in West Sumbawa
Regency; and 2). to analyze the components of education financing that must be
issued by parents of students at the elementary school (SD) level in West Sumbawa
Regency, so that regional innovations can be formulated as an effort to optimize the
implementation of quality education financing in West Sumbawa Regency. This
research is a Mixed Method Research (MMR) using Concurrent Triangulation Design.
Determination of the number of samples using Isaac and Michael's accuracy and
taken with the technique of Clustered Random Sampling and Purposed Sampling.
Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate
that the funding for education at the Elementary School (SD) level in West Sumbawa Regency comes from investment and operational costs sourced from the APBN and
APBD, as well as personal costs sourced from the APBD with a management system
in accordance with applicable regulations and provisions. There are 6 components of
indirect financing that are not yet available, which still support the parents of students.
So that it is necessary to allocate education cost assistance from the local
government in the form of scholarships for poor achievement as a form of innovation
as an effort to realize decent and quality education in West Sumbawa Regency.
