Abstract

One of the things that must be considered in carrying out the work is work
behavior of work employees. Employee work behavior can change for the better if all
expectations can be met in carrying out their job duties. Employee work behavior is
influenced by various factors, namely work environment, compensation and
communication. This study focuses on the influence of the work environment,
compensation and communication on the work behavior of PT Angkasa Pura I (
Persero) Lombok International Airport. The research was conducted using an
explanatory quantitative approach with data collection carried out using the census
method of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear
regression. The results of this study in the form of work environment, compensation
and communication have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on work
behavior. This result is also supported by the category of descriptive statistical ratings
which have a high average.
