PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN LAYANAN HOME VISIT BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA SMP NEGERI 1 MANGGELEWA

This research is a development research using the 4D model (four D models) which
aims to develop Instruments for Home Visit Guidance and Counseling Services that
are Valid, Practical and Effective in Increasing Interest in Learning for Class VIII
students of 15 students at SMP Negeri 1 Manggelewa. The results showed that from
the analysis of the validity of the 3 instruments used were in the category of Very
Valid and can be used without Revision with details: 1) The first instrument obtained
Cronbach's Alpha value > r (0.779 > 0.514) with the conclusion Valid and Reliable, 2)
The second instrument obtained Cronbach's Alpha value > r (0.805 > 0.552) with
Valid and Reliable conclusions, 3) The third instrument obtained Cronbach's Alpha
value > r (0.790 > 0.602) with Valid and Reliable conclusions, for practicality the
instrument used obtained a total value of 211, with the mean value of the 8
monitoring indicators is 4, this result shows that the instrument is in Very Practical.
This means that the Practicality test result instrument is in the Practical category, and
the Effectiveness Analysis of the Instrument by 2 observers is in the Good category
which means Effective.
