SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PEJABAT PENGELOLA INFORMASI DAN DOKUMENTASI (PPID) BADAN RISET DAN INOVASI DAERAH PROVINSI NUSA TENGGARA BARAT

Abstract

Demands for increasingly complex needs and fast-paced access to information have led to changes
and the need for information technology in society and organizations. Based on Governor Regulation No.
24 of 2018 concerning the Work Procedures of Information Management and Documentation Officials for
the NTB Provincial Government, PPID BRIDA NTB is expected to be able to provide quality information
services to the public in order to realize good, open, effective and efficient accountability and
accountability. This study aims to determine the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of
information systems Management of PPID BRIDA NTB.
This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Types and sources of data
come from purposively selected informants. Data collection methods and techniques used through
interviews, documentation, and observation techniques. The data analysis methods and techniques used
are data collection, data reduction, systematic presentation of data, then processing, interpreting, and
then making sense of the data. Results of data analysis are presented informally (narrative).
The results obtained in this study are the implementation of the NTB PPID BRIDA Management
Information System which includes planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating which has been
based on administrative systems, legal rules and principles, good management. However, the NTB
BRIDA PPID Management Information System should further increase community participation in the
planning process by holding open meetings or public discussion forums, developing long-term strategic
plans and other things that can have a good impact on the NTB BRIDA PPID Management Information
System.
