The horse milk agro-industry is a mainstay sector in Sumbawa Regency that is economically able to improve the welfare of the local community. However, the lack of information about the potential and business model of horse milk commodities isone problem that often arises for business actors when planning to establish a production business, namely analyzing the potential and financial feasibility. This research aims to (1) determine the level of business feasibility through financial analysis on the sumbawa horse milk agro-industry; (2) Knowing the amount of added value from product processing in the Sumbawa horse milk agro-industry. The method used to analyze financial feasibility is to use Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (NBCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Meanwhile, to analyze the added value of the product is to use the Hayami method. The results showed that agroindustri of Sumbawa horse milk is very prospective and feasible to be carried out and developed. Based on financial analysis and value-added analysis, the value of each investment criterion was obtained, namely the Net Present Value (NPV) value of Rp. 307,431,200 in the 10th year, the Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) value of 1.74, and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) value of 25%. In addition, there was an increase in the added value of the product by Rp. 40,000 with an added value ratio of 19% from processed fresh horse milk to beverage powder. The profit value of the production activities carried out is 60% with a profit rate value of 7%. In addition to being a beverage powder, product innovations made from horse milk can be processed into cheese and horse milk soap.
