INOVASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GURU PRODUKTIF BERBASIS KETELADANAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BERWIRAUSAHA BAGI SISWA SMK DI SUMBAWA BARAT

Abstract

This study discusses the Innovation of Exemplary- based learning models in increasing entrepreneurial
motivation in SMK student of West Sumbawa Regensy (KSB). The objectives of this research consist
of; 1) to a form exemplary teacher in instilling entrepreneurial values to student, and 2) to determine
exemplary- based learning model in increasing student motivation for entrepreneurship . The research
method used by the researcher is descriptive method with a mix of qualitative and quantitative
approaches.The research was carried out at SMKN 1 Taliwang and SMKN 1 Seteluk, West Sumbawa
Regency (KSB. Qualitative data collection uses interviews and documentation, while quantitative data
uses a questionnaire with is measured by the Likert scale method . Furthermore, qualitative data were
analyzed by analyzing three activity procedures ( according to Milles and Huberman), namely data
reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusions, while quantitaive data were analyzed
by Likert scale analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis through the SPSS-26 program. The results
of the study found that 6 (six) productive teacher (respondent) at SMKN 1 Taliwang and SMKN 1 Seteluk
had implemented a learning model by instilling entrepreneurial values by 1). Motivating; 2).
Demonstrate; 3). Invite; 4). Exemplify ( Examplary). The four forms of examplary received a very high
response by student of SMKN 1 Taliwang as many as 95 respondent with an average response value
of 46,7 which mean teh category is very high, and student of SMKN 1 Seteluk as many as 38 respondent
with an average response value of 47,5 which means very high. So that, the examplary-based
productive teacher learning model applied at SMKN 1 Taliwang and SMKN 1 Seteluk greatly affects the
motivation or enthusiasm of students to want to be entrepreneurs.
