Abstract

The role of health workers in realizing Desa Siaga is very important, they are expected to be able to
facilitating community empowerment by building partnerships with communities,
involve the active role of the community in overcoming various problems faced by
considering the potential of the community as well as all the resources available in the community. Objective
research, namely to find out the Desa Siaga Cadre Assistance Program as an effort to improve
the ability of cadres in community empowerment towards Alert Village in Sebewe Village, Moyo District
North of Sumbawa Regency; To uncover what factors influence the Program
Assistance for Alert Village Cadres as an effort to increase the ability of cadres in empowerment
the community heads to Desa Siaga in Sebewe Village, North Moyo District, Sumbawa Regency; For
find out about alert village cadres in community empowerment towards Desa Siaga in Sebewe Village

qualitative. The research results show that the Desa Siaga Cadre Assistance Program is an Effort
Capacity Building for Cadres in Empowering Donor Communities Towards Alert Villages in Villages
Sebewe, North Moyo District, Sumbawa Regency regarding the role of motivator, facilitator, and catalyst
carried out by cadres in community empowerment of prospective donors towards Desa Siaga in the Village
Sebewe, North Moyo District, Sumbawa Regency has been well played. Factors
Influences the Desa Siaga Cadre Assistance Program as a Capacity Building Effort
Cadre in Donor Community Empowerment Towards Alert Village in Sebewe Village, Moyo District
North of Sumbawa Regency, namely educational, economic or livelihood factors, social, cultural,
budget, and technology. Stages carried out by Desa Siaga Cadres in community empowerment
donors to Desa Siaga in Sebewe Village, Moyo Utara District, Sumbawa Regency
run optimally.
