Abstract

The application of a quality management system to bottled water companies will determine quality
of the water produced. The adoption of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system is a decision
strategic for a company or organization because it can help improve performance and
overall effectiveness and provide a foundation for the development of the company in common
sustainable. This study aims to determine the critical factors, namely human factors, factors
system, external factors and internal factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of ISO 9001:2015
in the bottled drinking water industry PT. Narmada Ageless (PT. NAM) uses an approach
quantitative. The results showed that partially there is influence between the factor variables
human, system factors and internal factors on the effectiveness of ISO 9001:2015 implementation and factors
external factors have no effect on the effectiveness of implementing ISO 9001:2015.
