ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI SIAKAD TERHADAP PELAYANAN AKADEMIK DI AKADEMI KOMUNITAS OLAT MARAS

Improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia is key to creating competent human resources who are ready to compete at the global level. To achieve this, one of the crucial factors is to provide adequate services to the students of Olat Maras Community Academy. Good academic services are one of the important aspects in ensuring that students feel comfortable and get an effective learning experience. This study uses a method with the E-Servqual approach to identify the variables of using the SIAKAD application on lecturer performance and student academic services, the type of data used in this study, namely primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to lecturers and students of the Olat Maras Community Academy. The sample in this study were 20 lecturer respondents and 96 student respondents who were in the Olat Maras Community Academy environment. The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel 2023. Based on the results of data processing, the ability of the independent variables to explain the dependent variable based on the Adjusted R Square value for lecturers is 82% and the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study, and the Adjusted R Square value for students is 94% and the remaining 6% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. This study concludes that the use of the SIAKAD application on lecturer performance and student services is considered effective to assist and support academic activities at the Olat Maras Community Academy.
