Abstract

The problem in Belo Village is the low level of ownership of population administration documents owned by the community. The factor that prevents people from making population administration files is that the distance from Belo Village to the Bima District Dukcapil office takes 30 minutes. and requires large transportation costs. Due to this problem, the Bima Regency Population and Civil Registration Service made a cooperation agreement with the Belo Village Government to create a breakthrough innovation in Population Administration Services Based on Village Authority. This research discusses the effectiveness of village authority-based population administration services. The aims of this research are; 1. To analyze the effectiveness of implementing village authority-based population administration services. 2. To find obstacles in the implementation of village authority-based population administration services which are carried out during services at the Belo Village Office, Palibelo District, Bima Regency. 3. To obtain a strategy to increase the effectiveness of village authority-based population administration services. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative methods obtained from statistical information and interview results. The data collection technique for this research is through observation tests and giving questionnaires to respondents. In order for the data to be correct and the results to be consistent, the author carried out a validity analysis and reliability analysis and to assess the research instruments using a branch scale. The inhibiting factors are the low level of community knowledge about the benefits of village authority-based population administration. Another factor is internet coverage which often experiences instability and there are supporting village officials who do not understand information regarding matters related to village authority-based population administration. The factor that is a strategy to increase the effectiveness of village authority-based population administration services is the preparation of regulations in the form of Regional Regulations and Village Regulations related to village authority-based population administration services.
