KORELASI PENERAPAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA DENGAN KINERJA PENDIDIK SERTA INOVASI MANAJEMEN P4E DI MADRASAH PILOT PROJECT KABUPATEN SUMBAWA

This research aims to determine the correlation between the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the performance of educators in the pilot project madrasah in Sumbawa Regency, and understand the conceptual design of the P4E management innovation in these madrasah. Data collection used three methods include the distribution of questionnaires to gather information related to the learning conditions in the four madrasah using the Merdeka Curriculum, linked to the psychological aspects of educators and the management of madrasah supervisors, observations conducted to obtain information about perceptions of the Merdeka Curriculum and the performance of educators in the four pilot project madrasah, and documentation was employed to collect primary data, such as teacher performance assessments (PKG) during the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum. The data obtained will be analyzed using SPSS to determine the level of correlation, whether positive or negative, between the variables of Merdeka Curriculum implementation and educator performance. Data from questionnaires, observations, and documentation will also be presented descriptively. The offered concept of the innovative P4E management innovation in the pilot project madrasah serves as a solutive and innovative concept proposed by the author as a supervisor. The research results, based on SPSS data analysis, indicate a Pearson product-moment correlation value between variables of 0.594, signifying a positive or direct correlation between Merdeka Curriculum implementation and educator performance at a moderate level. Therefore, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum can improve educator performance. The innovative concept of P4E management is presented in each innovative item in the planning, implementation, supervision, guidance, and evaluation stages.
