Abstract

The Merdeka P5 Curriculum with the theme of entrepreneurship is a teaching method that was initiated to encourage students' independent learning at the elementary school (SD) level. Considering that so far the P5 program has not been optimized, the recommendation of the ProJuMan system is very appropriate for introducing entrepreneurship to elementary school children. ProJuMan itself is an abbreviation for Independent Selling Production. Where to realize government policy in producing a generation of people based on entrepreneurship to create an independent and productive generation. This research examines how to implement P5 based on entrepreneurship to create an independent and productive generation at SD Negeri 1 Alas. To explore all existing problems, this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Descriptive research is a research strategy in which the researcher investigates events and phenomena in the lives of individuals and asks someone to tell them about their lives. This information is then retold by the researcher in a descriptive chronology. The results of this research are 1) knowing the role of teachers in the Independent Selling Production (ProJuMan) program to support the P5 program at SD Negeri 1 Alas. 2) The success of ProJuMan innovation and its influence on improving students' entrepreneurial mentality. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the success of the ProJuMan program at SD Negeri 1 Alas. It was concluded that overall, the role of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Alas in supporting the Independent Selling Production Program (ProJuMan) reflects effective involvement as a bridge between the P5 Program and ProJuMan. Teachers are considered the main key to instilling entrepreneurial values, creativity, and work ethics in students, even though they are faced with the challenge of creating a balance between practical learning and the conventional curriculum.
