Abstract

This research discusses Optimizing the use of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar Application in Implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in Kindergartens in Sumbawa Regency. The objectives of this research consist of; 1. To explain the use of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in kindergartens in Sumbawa Regency. 2. To analyze the results of optimal use of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar in implementing the Merdeka curriculum in kindergartens in Sumbawa Regency. The method used in this research is mixed methods, this research that combines qualitative methods and quantitative methods using data obtained from questionnaire results. The population of this study consisted of 50 teachers. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. The data source was taken purposively and the data was analyzed using scale likert. The research results found that in general the Platform Merdeka Mengajar application has not been able to be utilized optimally by teachers in kindergarten education units that implement the Merdeka Curriculum. Through the Platform Merdeka Mengajar, teachers should be able to obtain quality training materials that can be carried out independently. The existence of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar provides the opportunity for teachers to continue learning and developing their competencies without limits of space or time. So it can be concluded that one form of implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in educational units is that the use of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar has not been optimally utilized by teachers.
