Abstract

Consumption patterns are behaviors which affect food nutrition, the quality and quantity. The balance food patterns are needed for supporting daily activities in woman with childbearing age. One of high risk anemia group is women with childbearing age. This research aimed to observe woman with childbearing age consumption using semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) in Sumbawa. Cross sectional method conducted ini anemia 23 responden in Sumbawa District. Nutrisurvey was used to process the data then projected in Ms Office. The result showed the respondents consumption were fulfil daily recommendation, but the tea an coffee consumption were relatively high that could inhibit the iron absorbtion in the body and resulted in anemia.
