To analyze the management that influences the decisions of parents and students in
choosing a SMAIT Samawa Cendekia school. The purpose of this study was to
analyze the Management that Influences the Decisions of Parents and Students in
Choosing SMAIT Samawa Cendekia (2022/2023 Academic Year.
This study used descriptive qualitative method. The method used is descriptive
analysis method, namely research that seeks to describe a problem that is studied
regarding the phenomenon. This method is used to describe or explain current events, including case studies, surveys, development studies and correlation studies.
the researcher determines the informants who meet these criteria. The informants
that the researchers determined were 3 informants from SMAIT SC management and
10th grade students at SMAIT Samawa Cendekia with a total of 15 students and their
parents. Methods of data collection using, Observation, Interview, and Literature
Study. Data analysis uses three steps, namely data reduction, data display, and
drawing conclusions and verification.
The results of the research show that SMAIT Samawa Cendekia is a private junior
high school that has a small number of students but has a quality that is no less
competitive than the old school. Marketing education at SMAIT Samawa Cendekia
uses the marketing concept with scientific and religious insight so that the public as
service customers and candidates education service customers feel impressed and
interested in remaining loyal to the school and recommending their relatives and
neighbors to send their students to SMAIT Samawa Cendekia.
Thus, it can be concluded that education management at SMAIT Samawa Cendekia is
in accordance with the stages of management which include planning, organizing,
implementing, and supervising. Furthermore, it is suggested that product and process
quality improvements need to be developed, in order to be able to meet the needs of
the community as customers of educational services which continue to increase and
develop with the times.
