ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI SAKTI PADA SATUAN KERLA LINGKUP KEMENTERIAN AGAMA KABUPATEN SUMBAWA

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of satisfaction of users of the
SAKTI application in work units within the scope of the ministry of religion in the
Sumbawa district and to determine the effectiveness of the SAKTI application in its
implementation. Using a descriptive quantitative research design using survey
methods, data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and field
observations. The number of samples in this study was determined using the slovin
formula with a margin of error of 10%, from 45 users of the SAKTI application spread
over 14 work units, 32 respondents were obtained based on the random probability
sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis on
instruments arranged in the PIECES framework. The results showed that user
satisfaction with the SAKTI application in the 6 PIECES domains, namely
Performance scored 4.64 (Very Satisfied), Information and Data scored 4.62 (Very
Satisfied), Economics scored 4.67 (Very Satisfied), Control and Security got a score
of 4.76 (Very Satisfied), Efficiency got a score of 4.77 (Very Satisfied) and Service got
a score of 4.71 (Very Satisfied). The effectiveness of the SAKTI application in terms
of using centralized data (single database) so that information can be obtained in real
time and transparent, easier to use (user friendly), references are updated centrally and the active role of all budget management officials with a user and password for
each user and One Time Password (OTP).
