Abstract

This research aims to analyze the needs of the Student Service System and determine the influence of factors that influence the acceptance of the Student Service System including perceived convenience, perceived usefulness and adequacy of information. In addition, this study also aims to design a Student Service System as a service information system based on the needs of students and the Directorate of Student Affairs. The research method used in this study is quantitative with an associative and
descriptive approach. The population in this study were students and heads of study programs at the University of Technology Sumbawa with data on the number of active students as many as 4329 and the number of heads of study programs as many as 31 people, after calculating using the slovin formula obtained sambel as many as 98. Perceived convenience has a significant effect on the usefulness of the Student Service System. Based on the calculation of the results of the research, it is explained that the perceived convenience has a significant effect on the usefulness of the Student Service System. Perceived information adequacy has a significant effect on the usefulness of the Student Service
System. 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the Student Affairs Service System requires
information about the Directorate of Student Affairs services to students. Based on this research, it was also found that perceived convenience, perceived usefulness and adequacy of information affect the acceptance of the Student Service System. The design of the Student Service System includes the design of data flow diagrams, web structure designs and interface designs.
