PENGARUH PRINSIP-PRINSIP GOOD GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) DI KANTOR CAMAT LENANGGUAR KABUPATEN SUMBAWA

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of the principles of good governance on the
performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Lenangguar Sub-District Office,
Sumbawa Regency. The objectives of this study consist of: 1) To describe the
implementation of the principles of good governance in the Lenangguar District Office,
Sumbawa Regency; and 2) To analyze the influence of the implementation of the
principles of good governance on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN)
in the Lenangguar Sub-district Office, Sumbawa Regency. The method used in this
study is a mixed research method. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The
implementation of the principles of good governance in the Lenangguar Sub-district
Office, Sumbawa Regency has been going well; and 2) There is a positive and
significant influence from the Principles of Good Governance on the Performance of
the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Lenangguar Sub-district Office, Sumbawa
Regency.
