This research has a background for Analysis of Income and Feasibility of the Palm Sugar
Business in the “ Saling Sakiki” Business Group in Tongo Village, West Sumbawa Regency "to
provide an overview regarding business development and business sustainability of the Palm Sugar
Processing Forest Farmer Business Group in Tongo Village, Sumbawa Regency West.
The research method used is descriptive qualitative-quantitative. Descriptive data is generally
collected through surveys, interviews, or observation. with the Questionnaire Instrument.
The results of the research resulted in several categories of feasibility in several aspects. The
eligibility categorization from the legal aspect as members of KUB Saling Sakiki, 15 palm sugar
businesses were declared very feasible because they met all the assessment criteria and obtained a
score, with a percentage of 100%. It is known from the market and marketing aspects that all of the 5
criteria have been met. In addition, the Technical and Technological aspects of the 15 KUB Saling
Sakiki members are very feasible to run because they have a score of 8, with a feasibility percentage
of 100%. Environmental Aspects of the Palm Sugar Business The palm sugar business meets all the
assessment criteria. These results indicate that the palm sugar business does not produce waste that
has the potential to cause environmental damage so from an environmental aspect, the KUB Saling
Sakiki palm sugar business is very feasible to run because it has a score of ≥ 5 with a percentage of
100%. The financial aspect analysis is profitable because the value of the Revenue Cost Ratio in the
palm sugar processing business is 2.67 so KUB Saling Sakiki's business is feasible to run.
So it can be concluded that the palm sugar business of KUB Saling Sakiki, Tongo Village,
Sekongkang District, West Sumbawa Regency was declared feasible to run.
