STRATEGI AKSELARASI PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN TINGGI

Human resources are a very important factor in a company. Human resources (HR) must be
managed properly so as to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Human resources
(HR) is expressed as a planning, development, training and coaching strategy to manage people for optimal
business performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the priority strategies that must be
carried out in increasing human resources. The method used in this study was to use a quantitative method
with an analysis tool using AHP. The population in this study were all permanent lecturers with active status
totaling 241 people, the sampling method used slovin with a proportionate stratified random sampling
technique, in order to obtain a total sample of 72 people. The results of this study show that the highest
priority criterion in improving the quality of human resources is Scientific Competence with a Priority Level
of 27%, while the highest priority strategy in increasing resources is to provide Doctoral scholarships for
lecturers who have a minimum functional position of Lector with a priority level of 11.77%
