ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS INOVASI SISTEM INFORMASI ABSENSI ONLINE BERBASIS ANDROID DALAM MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN KERJA APARATUR (STUDI PADA DINAS KETAHANAN PANGAN KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BARAT)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the application of Android-based
Online Attendance Information System (SIAO) innovation in improving Apparatus
Discipline and to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Android-based Online
Attendance Information System (SIAO) application in improving apparatus discipline at
the District Food Security Service. West Sumbawa. This research uses a combination
research approach (mix method). Namely qualitative and quantitative research, while the
type of combination research used is a sequential exploratory design. namely in the early
stages of research using qualitative methods and the next stage using quantitative
methods. Quantitative method will be carried out with the average score. The sample in
this study was 41 respondents and the retrieval method was based on purposive
sampling, data collection techniques through questionnaires, in-depth interviews,
observation and documentation of research results. , according to the results of
measurements and analysis showed very effective results
