Abstract

This study aimed at: 1) Finding out whether there is an effect of student creativity on
teaching factory learning. 2) Knowing whether there is an effect of student motivation
on teaching factory learning. 3) Knowing whether there is an effect of student
innovation on teaching factory learning at the Vocational High School (SMK) 1
Taliwang.
This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The research was conducted at
SMK Negeri 1 Taliwang in class XI of the Computer and Informatics Engineering
study program with a total sample of 51 students. Data collection techniques
conducted by giving questionnaires to respondents. In proving and analyzing the
data used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple linear
regression test, f test (simultaneous) and t test (partial).
The results of the research on the tendency of the creativity variable are respondents
in the high category (60.8%), 20 respondents in the medium category (33.3%), and
no respondents in the low category. For the variables, it was found that 40
respondents were in the high category (80.4%), 11 respondents were in the medium
category (19.6%), and none were in the low category, and the tendency of the
Innovation variable proved that there were 33 respondents in the high category (64.8
%), 17 respondents in the medium category (33.3%), and 1 respondent in the low
category (1.9)% of the total number of 51 respondents.
