This research was motivated by the high stunting rate in Sumbawa Regency so that the Government made a policy to reduce stunting. It is hoped that the implementation of stunting reduction policies can reduce stunting rates in Sumbawa Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine how to implement stunting reduction policies in Conceptual Model districts using Edward III theory from aspects; Communication, Resources, Position/Attitude of Implementers, and Bureaucratic Structure. And to find out the stunting reduction acceleration program at DP2KBP3Sumbawa Patent. This research uses a Qualitative Descriptive approach method. The data collection techniques are Observation, Interview and Documentation., with key informants such as the DP2KBP3A Party, the Health Office, the Puskesmas. The results of the research are seen through aspects of communication, resources, positions / attitudes of implementers, and bureaucratic structures, but in this case it can be seen that in the implementation of the policy of accelerating stunting reduction in districts is communication related to socialization, the formation of a special team to implement policies to accelerate stunting reduction so that the responsibility of employees has a basis in every implementation of their duties. The obstacle faced is still the lack of public awareness related to stunting prevention. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the implementation of the stunting reduction policy in DP2KBP3A Sumbawa Regency is running optimally, this can be seen in terms of communication in socializing the program has run in accordance with the rules so that it has been maximally implemented so that the delivery of information can be said to be maximum. Aspects of resources, staff resources in the Population Control Office, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection and related OPDs, namely the Sumbawa Regency Health Office and Puskesmas are adequate. SOPs in the implementation of the program have been implemented and the distribution of authority or responsibility of each existing staff because there is the appointment of a special team that coordinates in implementing stunting reduction policies. Intensive provision to stunting reduction policy implementers provides motivation in working. And establish cooperation with leading sectors in stunting development. And the inhibiting factor, namely the location of the case is too wide so that there are loci that still need easier access, There are still many people who lack awareness, especially adolescents, and limited budgets.
