IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN DAN DAMPAK PROGRAM PARENTING PADA PUSAT PEMBELAJARAN KELUARGA (PUSPAGA) DI KECAMATAN SUMBAWA

Good parenting from parents has a huge influence on a child's moral development as an adult. Basically, parents are the first environment for children to gain knowledge. Understanding the parenting style that children receive in the family environment is very important for the child's future. It is in the family that children are prepared to build knowledge about development before entering other levels of development in the world such as the world of adults, language, customs and culture. The objectives of this research are 1. To describe the implementation of policies in the parenting program carried out by the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) Sumbawa District; 2. To describe the impact of the parenting program carried out by the Sumbawa District Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA). This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation, with key informants such as psychiatrists, program coordinators, program heads and parents. The research results show that 1) policy implementation runs linearly from public policy, implementers, and public policy performance. The policy performance indicators include: a) Policy objectives and standards b) Resources c) Communication between organizations regarding implementation activities, d) Characteristics of implementing organizations, e) Attitudes of implementers, f) Political, social and economic environment. 2) Impact measurement is divided into 2, namely: a) direct impact measurement, and b) indirect impact measurement. Both of these things can be recorded in the management of puspaga in Sumbawa sub-district. Thus, it can be concluded that policy implementation runs linearly from public policy, implementers, and public policy performance. Impact is divided into 2, namely: 1) direct impact size 2) indirect impact size.
