Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the possibility of increasing teachers' digital literacy skills through blended learning in Cluster 2 Batulanteh District and the steps for blended learning in improving teachers' digital literacy skills. The research method used is a mix method (a mixture of quantitative and mentoring) with the research form namely control group design. This control group design is almost the same as the pretest-posttest control design where the control group and experimental group are not chosen randomly. The research results were analyzed using SPSS 22 with a research instrument in the form of a digital literacy skills questionnaire through blended learning and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, there was an increase in teachers' digital literacy skills before and after blended learning with a mean pretest of 71.63 and a posttest of 74.23 in the control class, an increase in the experimental class with a mean pretest of 75.87 and posttest of 84.20. To analyze the effect of blended learning in improving teachers' digital literacy skills using paired sample t-test analysis with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 which is smaller than the calculated significance (0.05). It can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so that there is a difference in the averages. Average pretest and posttest scores on teachers' digital literacy abilities through blended learning. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of blended learning in improving the digital literacy skills of elementary school teachers and increasing the digital literacy skills of teachers through blended learning is carried out through the implementation of mentoring and mentoring of elementary school teachers in cluster 2 of Batu Lanteh District to stimulate teachers' creativity and critical thinking skills. in learning so as to increase teachers' digital literacy skills to support learning in an era of increasingly rapid technological advances.
