The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of principal's leadership on the performance of primary school teachers in Tahan State. This research method is a quantitative, descriptive approach, and the questionnaires are supported by documentary studies and interviews to achieve optimal results. The participants in this study are the teachers of Tahan State Primary School. The sample included 33 people, ie. 9 teachers, 2 administrators, 8 committee members and 14 students. The research results show that there is an effect between the leadership of the principal on the performance of teachers at Tahan State Primary School as seen in the results of the subtest (T-test), the calculated T-value is 3.232 and the T- table value. is 2.042 and the significance value is 0.003. With test criteria T calculation andgt; T table and if the meaning is andlt; 0.005, then HO is rejected, so principal leadership has a significant effect on teacher effectiveness in Tahan State Primary School. Then, calculating the coefficient of determination, it is known that the value of R-square is 0.252, which means that the effect of princely leadership on the performance of teachers in Tahan State Primary School is 25.2%. This means that the effect of the principal's leadership on the performance of teachers in Tahan State Primary School is low of 100%. However, it can be suggested that school leaders have more control over teachers when preparing lesson plans/learning modules and guide teachers to improve their performance.
