INOVASI STRATEGI PENINGKATAN SEMANGAT BELA NEGARA DAN FUNGSI KEWASPADAAN DINI DAERAH PADA BADAN KESATUAN BANGSA DAN POLITIK KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BARAT

Abstract

The implementation of the main tasks and functions of the Ideology and National Character Sector
- the National Unity and Political Agency of West Sumbawa Regency, is seen as not having the
maximum impact in an effort to increase awareness of defending the state for the village
community equally, both due to regional development priority policies and the lack of creativity
and innovation from the apparatus that handles the programs and activities in the intent. The lack
of personnel in the field of national vigilance is also one of the inhibiting factors in monitoring and
early detection of various symptoms of threats, disturbances, obstacles and challenges that come
from outside in order to disrupt the upholding of the nation's ideology, namely the ideology of
Pancasila. Exploring and understanding this condition, the researcher tries to conduct research
with qualitative methods, by interviewing various parties, in order to find out what are the

expectations and obstacles in carrying out the duties and responsibilities in question. The result
of this research is that innovation is determined in accelerating the implementation of the tasks
and functions referred to by the formation of the Village State Defense Cadre (KBNDes). This
policy is implemented in order to synergize with villages to accelerate the increase in the spirit of
defending the country and love for the homeland with support from the Village government in
terms of budgeting through the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes). In addition,
of course, this policy will support the implementation of the duties and functions of the National
Vigilance Sector in obtaining information about issues and regional conflicts in the village that
have the potential to become threats, disturbances, obstacles and challenges (AGHT) in a timely
manner, considering the National Defense Cadres The village is also assigned as an informant
for the National Vigilance Sector.
