PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS, TRANSPARANSI DAN PARTISIPASI MASARAKAT TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA (STUDI PADA PEMERINTAH DESA BARU TAHAN KECAMATAN MOYO UTARA)

Abstract

This reseach was carried out with the aim of finding out the influence of accountability, transparensi and community participation on village financial management in the new village government. This type of research is quantitative, the collected data is explained with numbers. Collecting primary data through distributing questionnaires to the village goverbment in Baru Tahan village. The sample was taken using a cencus sampling technique of 63 people. To test the questionnaire using validity and reliability tests before the research. Data analysis techniques through classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression methods and hypothesis testing. The research results show that accountability, transparency and community participation influence village financial management.
