Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of flash sale, product quality and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions on the shopee marketplace. This reseach uses a descriptive method with a descriptive approach by explaining the data that has been obtained from the questionnaire and analyzing it and then drawing conclusions. This research uses primary data with a sample of 170 and the method used for sampling is proportional randomsampling. The results of the analysis in this research show that flash sale are attractive because of the convenience and suitability of the goods so that they can be used as recommendations to other people, then the product quality is attractive because is provides satisfaction in use and online customer reviews are interesting because they provide a perspective from consumers real experiences and offer more accurate information.
