Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance on work satisfaction in employees who are drivers at PT Aisy Sae Bersaudara. This study used a quantitative approach, as well as the sampling technique of this study using a total sampling technique with a sample of 35 samples. The research instrument consists of two scales, namely the work life balance scale and the work satisfaction scale. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work life balance on work satisfaction with a correlation/relationship (R) value, namely a relationship (R) of 0.656., which means the higher the work-life balance of employees of PT Aisy Sae Bersaudara Surabaya, the higher, the higher the work balance. Vice versa, the lower the balance of life and work for employees of PT Aisy Sae Bersaudara Surabaya, the lower the level of job satisfaction.
