Abstract

In the field of health, information technology helps hospital management become more efficient and
effective. The hospital implements information systems to support transaction processes related to pa-
tients, employees and medical staff (Lestari, 2020). This information system is growing rapidly in the
era of digitalization, especially in public services so that the problems that arise are very many for
users. Therefore, the formulation of the problem raised is whether the quality of the system affects
system users? And does the quality of the system affect user satisfaction? The purpose of this study
is to analyze how the effect of system quality on system users. To analyze how the quality of the sys-
tem affects user satisfaction and To analyze how the effect of information quality on user satisfaction.
The population used was employees of the Mutiara Sukma mental hospital in the service registration,
management and outpatient units with a sample of 30 employees who used the hospital management
information system (SIMRS). Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital West Nusa Tenggara Province located
in West Nusa Tenggara Province Named "Mutiara Sukma" is interpreted to change the stigma of soci-
ety against people with mental disorders and raise the characteristics of West Nusa Tenggara Prov-
ince. Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital, West Nusa Tenggara Province, is located at Jalan Ahmad Yani
No 1, Selagalas Village, Sandubaya District, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study
used a quantitative approach. The results of this research were the results of validity tests conducted
on 10 question items, obtained results for each question 1 to 10 had a value of r hitunh (correlation co-
efficient value) (P1 to P10) > r table for the level of significance or α = 5% = 0.05. So it can be known
that all questions in this study are declared valid or valid. Based on reliability testing, the question-
naire data or question items in this study are reliable. Based on the first formulation of the problem
whether the quality of the system affects users, the effect is very high because the information system
at RSJ Mutiara Sukma is SIMRS which still often has network operational problems so that there are
delays in its implementation and its utilization has not been carried out properly because it is still limited such as in outpatient and administrative only, so it is clear that the quality of SIMRS at RSJ
Mutiara Sukma has not been able to embrace all activities at RSJ Mutiara Sukma to support faster
and more efficient services.
