This study aims to analyze the current Laboratory System's condition and design an
Integrated Information System for the Laboratory at Sumbawa University of Technology. The
first step is to analyze the current condition of the laboratory system using quantitative
research methods with descriptive statistical analysis and using analysis parameters of the
10 Service Dimensions including Reliability, Responsiveness, Competence, Access,
Courtesy, Communication, Credibility, Security, Understanding Knowing the Customer and
Tangible. The second is to design the integrated laboratory information system. The analysis
result found that the level of user satisfaction with the current laboratory system at Sumbawa
University of Technology is at a fairly satisfactory level, based on the results of descriptive
statistics the average questionnaire that has been filled in by 100 respondents shows the
number 47.92. Meanwhile, for statistical results descriptive in integrated laboratory
information systems are designed to have an average value is at 80.77, which means that it
strongly agrees with the design of an integrated laboratory information system. This
integrated laboratory information system's design is based on a website to make it easier for
user to get information related to laboratories, borrowing and returning laboratory equipment
and materials. In addition, with this system, the head of the laboratory can monitor activities
in the laboratory in real-time and can recapitulate loans and returns without the need to manually.
