PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEACHING FACTORY BERBASIS UNIT PRODUKSI TERHADAP MOTIVASI WIRAUSAHA SISWA AGRIBISNIS TANAMAN PANGAN DAN HORTIKULTURA SMK NEGERI 1 LENANGGUAR

Abstract

This research discusses about the effect of application learning model of
teaching factory based production units toward entrepreneurship motivation for
student agribusiness crops and horticulture SMK Negeri 1 Lenangguar. This study
aims to know (1) to describe application learning model of tefa based production units
toward entrepreneursip motivation for student grade XI skill competency of
agribusiness crops and horticulture SMK Negeri 1 Lenangguar, (2) to analyze The
effect of application learning model of tefa for student grade XI skill competency of
agribusiness crops and horticulture SMK Negeri 1 Lenangguar. Teaching factory
implementation for training the student in order to be entrepreneur.

The method used in this research was mixed method. The research mixed
method is between quantitative method and qualitative method. The techniques of
data collection was observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The validity of the
data uses qualitative data and quantitative data through validity instrument, realiability
instrument, and simple statistics instrument.
The results of this study that: 1) the implementation of teaching factory learning
was in accordance with the concept and element, equipment and tools have been
fulfilled, the marketing aspect was not maximal, 2) production unit-based teaching
factory learning was useful as an experience and training students' entrepreneurial
spirit.
The conclusion of this research was the implementation of teaching factory
learning program in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of the eleventh graders in
SMK Negeri 1 Lenangguar ATPH Skills Program has been well implemented. The
suggestions that can be given was it should be used as an evaluation material for
schools in determining marketing strategies in the future.
