ANALISIS SISTEM PROCUREMENT BARANG DAN JASA DI PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA (STUDI KASUS DI UNIVERSITAS TEKNOLOGI SUMBAWA)

Abstract

Analysis of the Procurement System for Goods and Services in Private Universities (Case Study at
Sumbawa University of Technology) is important to analyze the procurement system for goods and
services to ensure the quality of procurement and service quality in Private universities. This research is a
quantitative research using a questionnaire to measure the level of user satisfaction in the procurement
process of goods and services at Sumbawa University of Technology with a total population of 413
lecturers and staff and the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula so that the
number of samples can be determined as many as 80 people from lecturers and staff. Testing using
Structural Equation Modeling (Sem) which shows the result that the procurement process is faster (faster)
has no effect on procurement quality with a total t-value of 0.172, Better procurement does not affect the
quality of procurement with a total value of T-value 0.945 Procurement is cheaper (cheaper) has a positive
effect on the quality of procurement with a value of 10.97 and procurement quality has a positive effect
on satisfaction with a total value of T-value of 15,597. Meanwhile, the procurement process for goods and
services in the future must be better than before Where the procurement process of goods and services
using information system via the internet (E procurement) respondents' results showed that those who
strongly agreed 23%, agreed 64%, disagreed 11% and strongly disagreed 2%. So that these results can be
a reference so that the procurement system is carried out via the internet (E procurement).
