ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS TUNJANGAN PROFESI GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU (STUDI KASUS DI SMK NEGERI 2 SUMBAWA)

Abstract

Study this aim for analyze effectiveness allowance the teaching profession in Upgrade teacher
performance at SMK Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar . Respondents study this is a teacher who has passed
certification at SMK Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar as many as 50 people. Study this including study
evaluation and the selected model is Goal-free Evaluation Model . Technique taking sample use
technique purposive sampling . As for data source obtained from assessment carried out by head
school and colleague colleague . Results study show that implementation Policy allowance walking
teaching profession with fine , however not yet capable Upgrade teacher performance at SMK Negeri
2 Sumbawa Besar optimally , p this seen of the 19 indicators studied , 9 indicators good and 10
indicators other not yet good ; allowance teaching profession still not yet effective in Upgrade teacher
performance at SMK Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar . As for possible strategy _ done for alimony
profession effective in Upgrade teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar among them
with do evaluation about teacher competence which includes pedagogic competence , competence
personality , social competence , and professional competency . Evaluation performance this must
done in a manner thorough and involve head school as well as fellow teachers in an FGD, so will give
results possible performance _ made as ingredient evaluation . Besides it is necessary exists effort
school , government or interested parties _ for organize training related with teacher performance .
