PERANCANGAN EDUKASI SISTEM INFORMASI KESEHATAN REMAJA BERBASIS CHATBOT PADA WHATSAPP PADA TAHUN 2022 DI UPT PUSKESMAS LENANGGUAR

Abstract

Efforts in addressing adolescents health issues in Indonesia are well known. However, there is
a lack of information received by adolescent age regarding health issue, especially
reproductive and sexual issues which lead to a lack of knowledge and understanding among
adolescents. So, it has a a negative impact on their sexual behavior (Handika, 2017). Problem
formulations are: 1. How to design a WhatsApp bot according to the needs of the Adolescent
Health Information System. 2. How effective is the design of WhatsApp bot development as
an adolescent health system well-worked. This research employed the Research and
Development (R&D) methodology and a simple descriptive approach. The objectives of these
two types of research are to find answers that can be applied and analyzed using simple descriptive methods to urgent problems so that the findings can be implemented for the
benefit of individuals and society in general. 1) Based on the research, the majority
respondents’ ages were 20 years old, totalling 48 people. Female respondents were 61 people,
while the occupation were students, totalling 74 people. 2) Based on the theories, the
researcher assumed that the service provided by the Chatbot were sufficient and suitable to
the context. However, it could not be denied that every system created still has weaknesses,
such as 1) The Chatbot application worked as the researcher expectations, 2) According to the
Beta testing results, 47% agreed to the first question, 46% agreed to the second question, so
the information provided by SIKERJA service is considered helpful, easy to use, and
appropriate. According to the Beta testing results, 45% of respondents agreed which means
that SIKERJA Chatbot update needs to be improved and further developed.
