The availability of the business world and the industrial world that absorbs the alumni of SMKN 1
Taliwang is very little, besides that the entrepreneurship class learning model is not yet fully effective
and has not maximized the potential role in schools. The purpose of this study is to describe the
factual model of entrepreneurship class learning in SMK, to describe the conceptual model of
entrepreneurship class based on internal promotion and empowerment and to describe the
entrepreneurship class model based on promotion and internal empowerment to effectively foster
entrepreneurial motivation of SMK students.
The aims of this research are 1) To describe the factual model of learning in the Entrepreneurial Class
Class XI Motorcycle Business Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency. 2) To
describe the conceptual model of entrepreneurship class based on internal promotion to increase
entrepreneurship motivation of class XI students of Motorcycle Business Engineering at SMKN 1
Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency. 3) To determine the effectiveness of the conceptual model of the
entrepreneurial class based on internal promotion in increasing the entrepreneurial motivation of class
XI students of Motorcycle Business Engineering at SMKN 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency.
This research method is Research and Development, which is divided into three stages, namely the
preliminary study stage, development stage, and evaluation stage. Preliminary study with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The development stage involves experts and practitioners, so as to
produce a valid and ready-to-test model. The limited trial used a one group pretest-posttest design to
determine the effectiveness. This research is a mixed study, the data collection techniques used are
interviews and questionnaires.
The results of this study indicate that the percentage of respondents' answers, namely 21.25%,
increased to 58.75% of respondents Strongly Agree (SS), 28.75% increased to 33.75% of
respondents Agree (S), 23.75% decreased to 7.5% respondents Disagree (KS), and 26.25%
decreased to 0% respondents Disagree (TS). Thus the Internal Promotion-Based Entrepreneurial
Class model can effectively increase the entrepreneurial motivation of class XI students of Motorcycle
Business Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency.
