Abstract

The research aims to determine the strategy for improving the quality of system services
Dapodik information on educational infrastructure and to determine strengths
and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats to the Dapodik Information System for facilities
Education infrastructure at the Office of Education and Culture of West Sumbawa Regency.
This study uses a SWOT analysis technique with a descriptive approach
Qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the service quality improvement strategy
