Abstract

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Communication Forum (FKUMKM) was
initiated in West Nusa Tenggara Regency to bridge the connection between the SME’s
players with the local government and the potential investor, notably to ensure that their
products will be absorbed by the off taker. Such a spirit which contained in the West
Sumbawa Regent Regulation number 2 of 2019 regarding empowerment of micro,
small and medium enterprises and cooperatives in West Sumbawa Regencyin the
program "Action for Buying Local Products in West Sumbawa Regency" West. The
data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors.
Further data and information will be processed using Microsoft Exel 2013 and the 2020
statistic SPSS IMB application. The results showed that business improvement training
for MSME actors did not have a positive influence on income, but had a significant
correlation with the consumer level. On the other hand, the training program for MSME actors is known to provide significant correlation results to the level of increasing
competition, product innovation has a positive effect on, consumer satisfaction, level of
competition, while product innovation does not have a positive effect on income levels,
product promotion has a significant positive influence on income levels, consumer
levels, levels of competition, partnership capital does not have a positive effect on
MSME income and the level of competition, partnership capital have a positive effect
on the level of consumers. The conclusion of this study identifies that FKUMKM is a
good MSME organization forum for developing businesses, FKUMKM Partnerships
need to be carried out as a good weighing material for the government, and the private
sector to carry out MSME programs, for researchers can then conduct research on the
benefits of FKUMKM products.
