EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM SAMPAHKU SEMBAKOKU SEBAGAI SALAH SATU INOVASI PENANGANAN SAMPAH PLASTIK DI DESA LALAR LIANG

Abstract

Globally, the increase in plastic waste from year to year continues to increase,
plastic waste management must be carried out to reduce the impact produced by
plastic waste.. The Sampahku Sembakoku Program is a waste management program
that focuses on the management of plastic waste in Lalar Liang Village. This program
focuses on sorting waste from the main source of village waste, namely household
waste. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the process of plastic
wastemanagement using the Sampahku Sembakoku Program, to analyze and
describe the level of effectiveness of the Sampahku Sembakoku Program on
community participationin Lalar Liang Village, and to analyze and describe the
effectiveness of the SampahkuSembakoku Program to reduce plastic waste in Lalar
Liang Village. The method in thisstudy uses quantitative research methods with a
mparative approach and uses datacollection instruments in the form of interview lists,
questionnaire sheets and data onthe weight of the questionnaire waste totaling 40
people as samples. The results of theeffectiveness variable scoring show that the
Sampahku Sembakoku Program reaches626 from a maximum value of 800, this
shows the effectiveness in terms of communityparticipation is classified at a fairly
effective level and Reduction of plastic wastethrough the Sampahku Sembakoku
Program is 690 Kg of the total waste of2077 Kg andobtained a presentation of
33.22%.
