ANALISIS KINERJA RS H.L MANAMBAI ABDULKADIR DENGAN METODE BALANCED SCORECARD

Evaluation of hospital performance is important to ensure the quality of service and the
continuity of the hospital in providing health services to the community. Therefore, this study aimed to
analyze the performance of H.L Manambai Abdulkadir Hospital through a more comprehensive
method, namely the Balance Scorecard method. This research was a quantitative descriptive studied
with data in the form of secondary data and primary data. Primary data was obtained from
questionnaire data which was distributed to patients and hospital staff. While secondary data was
obtained from the documentation of hospital financial statements and medical record reports in 2021.
This study shows an overview of the performance of H.L Manambai Abdulkadir Hospital from a
financial perspective in 2021 is good. Likewise, the hospital's performance from the customer's
perspective is also good. Poor results are shown by the internal business process perspective, where
the indicator values are not up to standard. Performance from the perspective of growth and learning
shows a fairly good performance. So, it can be concluded that the performance of H.L Manambai
Abdulkadir Hospital from the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard is quite good. Directors need to
pay special attention to bad perspectives, and maintain and increase attention to good indicators to
improve hospital performance in the future.
