INOVASI STANDAR RUJUKAN EMERGENCY KEBIDANAN DI RSUD SUMBAWA

Abstract

The high number of referrals for obstetric emergency patients at the Sumbawa Hospital is due to this
delays in referring patients due to distance traveled, inadequate infrastructure
inadequate, limited management resources and lack of patient awareness to be referred. As for
the purpose of this research is to know the problems that occur in order to improve service
public health, knowing the implementation of midwifery emergency referral standards with
hope can reduce cases of late patient referrals and reduce maternal mortality and
babies. The research was conducted at the Regional General Hospital, this study used a qualitative method
descriptive with the Scenario planning analysis method to be able to plan midwifery services with
midwifery emergency referral standard, the results of the analysis obtained the best scenario of referral standard services
midwifery emergency that is fast, precise and applicable in Sumbawa Hospital
